Problem:
Spaces between front teeth
Resolution:

Patient S. did not like the spaces between his front teeth.
Four DaVinci Veneers were done and in a matter of weeks his problem was gone!

Problems:
Yellowed teeth, missing lateral incisors, chipped back teeth
Resolution:
Tooth bleaching, DaVinci Veneers, nightguard
 
Besides the obvious yellowness to Patient K's teeth, he is missing his lateral incisor teeth (smaller incisors next to the two larger central incisors). As a result, the cuspid teeth ("eye teeth" or "canine teeth") are in the wrong position. This is not an uncommon problem and is treated in a variety of different ways depending on when the problem is discovered. He also did not like the chipped edges and the blotchy appearance to his back teeth.
The first thing that was done was Tooth Bleaching. Eight DaVinci Veneers were fabricated producing more natural tooth proportions and increased length. A Nightguard was fabricated to help prevent future wear and chipping.

Problems:
Severe tetracycline stains

Patient R. had severe tetracycline stains that she endured since her permanent teeth erupted. Four veneers were placed many years ago at a very young age on her incisor teeth. The years had passed and her teeth erupted to their final position showing some of her natural teeth at the gum area. She wanted to improve the front teeth and hide the discoloration of her cuspid teeth.
Six beautifully crafted DaVinci Veneers were all that was necessary to solve her years of embarrassment when she smiled. Patient R. literally cried happy tears when we revealed her new smile.
Future Considerations: When she can afford to we plan to place veneers on her lower front teeth as well. Fortunately, she doesn't show them much except sometimes during speech.

Severe crowding of front teeth, yellowing

Patient B. had severe crowding of his front teeth. Although he was self conscious about his smile he was unwilling to go through the orthodontics needed to correct the alignment problems. We discussed leveling the height of the gum tissues with Cosmetic Crown Lengthening, but, he rarely showed his gum line when he smiled.
After bleaching his teeth five DaVinci Veneers were fabricated. With his beautiful new teeth he now smiles bigger and more often than he ever has.
Future Considerations: Although he does not often show his gum line when he smiles, an improvement to Patient B's smile can be made by doing some Cosmetic Crown Lengthening on the shorter left lateral incisor to show a little less gum tissue and create better harmony with the same tooth on his right side.

Patient D. was self-conscious about the spaces between his teeth. This patient has been in our practice for many years and knew of our commitment to quality and our reputation for cosmetic excellence. So, even though he was living in New York, when he was ready to get his esthetic concerns fixed he knew that the trip to California would be well worth his time.
Four DaVinci Veneers was all that was needed to make a very handsome smile for D. With ideal proportions and shading his teeth look incredibly natural. We were able to coordinate his appointments and the lab schedule to make his trip efficient and successful.
